This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the firmax3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the firmax3 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the firmax3 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and firmax3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. firmax3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.

The firmax3 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts in Malaysia. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. firmax3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of violating this condition.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the firmax3 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. firmax3 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. firmax3 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the firmax3 support team immediately through the official channels provided.

Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and changes to personal information — is entirely your responsibility. firmax3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Accurate Personal Information

You agree to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, including your phone number, email address, and identity verification details. Inaccurate or outdated information may affect your ability to make withdrawals or receive effective customer support from the firmax3 team.

Platform Usage Rules

Firmax3 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and within the bounds of applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without any refund:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure
  • Participating in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform
  • Registering an account using a false identity or using another person's information without their consent
  • Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
  • Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party in any form

Firmax3 reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate any of the above rules, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. All decisions relating to account suspension are final and non-disputable except through the designated official appeals channel.

Prohibited Actions

Violation of any of the following rules may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Cancellation of all related bets
  • Freezing of funds suspected to have been obtained unlawfully
  • Legal action where applicable

Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the firmax3 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). firmax3 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your bank or a third-party payment provider.

Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their firmax3 account are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means. Deposits suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user concerned.

Firmax3 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, withdrawal processing timeframes, and identity verification requirements before processing any withdrawal. These limits and conditions are subject to change and will be communicated via the platform or directly to affected users.

Transaction Cancellation Policy

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled. Deposits that have been processed and credited to an account cannot be reversed as deposits — they may only be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process, subject to any applicable promotional rollover requirements.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Firmax3 Liability Limits

Firmax3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or temporary service outages. Any liability claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the firmax3 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of firmax3 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from firmax3.

Third-Party Links

The firmax3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. firmax3 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of their services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Firmax3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification procedures, or at the request of legal authorities. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons not arising from a user violation, any eligible remaining balance will be returned within the timeframe set by the firmax3 finance team.

Account Closure at User's Request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the firmax3 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days. Before the closure is finalised, all active rollover requirements and outstanding bets must be settled.

Changes to Terms

Firmax3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page along with the new effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to the use of the firmax3 platform.
